Depending on your usage, we may collect:
- Account information: email, display name, avatar
- Third-party auth information from Google OAuth public profile data
- Consent records: terms and privacy confirmation, optional marketing-email choice, policy version, time, locale, and signup source
- Usage analytics collected after analytics-cookie consent: page visits, feature usage frequency, and anonymous behavior metrics
- Payment information required by authorized payment processors
- Uploaded content used for requested processing and not retained indefinitely by default
3. Why we use information
We use information only for lawful and necessary purposes: service delivery, payment handling, account verification, security, billing and service-status notices, recording your choices, and legal compliance.
We send product updates, tips, or offers only if you select the separate marketing-email option. Each future marketing message will provide an unsubscribe method; opting out does not stop necessary service email.
