1. Service description and acceptance
HoleSnap is a professional perforation pattern generation tool operated by the HoleSnap team. By registering an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or continuing to use the service in any way, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop accessing or using the service.
2. Account registration and security
We support email login and Google OAuth login. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all actions taken through your account.
If you discover unauthorized use, suspicious login activity, or any other security issue, contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to restrict accounts involved in abuse, policy violations, or security risks.
- Google login only accesses basic public profile data such as name, email, and avatar
- Email login may be completed with a password or email verification code
- Accounts may not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties
3. Billing, subscriptions, and refunds
HoleSnap offers both a free tier and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected cycle until you cancel them.
Refund handling is governed by the refund policy page. If your payment flow fails or you need manual help, please contact us by email.
- Payment providers may vary by region and compliance requirements
- If you cancel a subscription, the paid benefits remain available until the current billing period ends
- As a rule, we do not provide prorated refunds for completed billing periods
4. Data, privacy, and third-party services
We collect account information, necessary anonymous usage data, and the minimum content data required to provide the service. Uploaded content is used for the requested processing task and is not retained indefinitely by default.
Third-party services such as Google, payment processors, and analytics providers have their own terms and privacy policies. By using HoleSnap, you also accept the constraints that apply to those services.
5. Content rights and prohibited use
You retain the applicable rights to your original uploaded materials and generated files. HoleSnap only processes that content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the service.
You may not use the service for abusive automation, reverse engineering, bypassing technical restrictions, or distributing unlawful content.
6. Service availability and disclaimer
We continue to improve service stability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HoleSnap is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss caused by the use of, or inability to use, the service.
7. Updates to these terms and contact
We may update these terms due to product changes, legal requirements, or payment compliance needs. Material updates will be announced in the product or by email in advance when appropriate.
