Terms of Service

HoleSnap is a professional perforation pattern generation tool operated by the HoleSnap team. By registering an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or continuing to use the service in any way, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop accessing or using the service.

The service is operated by Tian Guiyang and provided under the LOPUO brand; HoleSnap is the product name.

We support email login and Google OAuth login. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all actions taken through your account.

If you discover unauthorized use, suspicious login activity, or any other security issue, contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to restrict accounts involved in abuse, policy violations, or security risks.

To protect service security and fair use, exports from free accounts are subject to a daily per-account quota and a shared quota for free accounts using the same public IP. The current free limits are up to 3 exports per account per day and 3 exports total per public IP per day across those free accounts. Plus plans are not subject to the free-account shared-IP quota; the applicable Plus account quota is shown in the account center and product UI.

• Google login only accesses basic public profile data such as name, email, and avatar
• Email login may be completed with a password or email verification code
• Account verification, security alerts, billing notices, and service-status messages are operational emails required to run the account
• Product updates, tips, and offers are sent only if you select the separate marketing-email option; those messages will include an unsubscribe method, and opting out will not affect operational email or account access
• Accounts may not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties
• Quotas reset by UTC calendar day; submitted, queued, or processing exports may count toward that day's quota
• You may not bypass quotas or security controls through batch registration, account sharing, proxies, or other means. We may restrict or suspend access for these reasons. If you believe an account was suspended in error, you may submit an appeal explanation from the account-status page for review

HoleSnap offers both a free tier and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected cycle until you cancel them.

Refund handling is governed by the refund policy page, the terms of the payment provider used for the order, and applicable law. If your payment flow fails or you need manual help, contact us by email; Paddle orders can also use Paddle.net buyer support.

We may use Paddle, Stripe, or other third-party payment providers for checkout, payment authorization, applicable taxes, fraud prevention, buyer support, and refund processing. The provider used and the scope of data exchanged depend on the checkout page, order confirmation, or receipt. Paddle is one possible provider and does not process every order.

For transactions completed through Paddle, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the order. Paddle handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment-side refunds and buyer support. HoleSnap provides the service, account entitlements, and product license; the payment portion of a Paddle transaction is also subject to the applicable Paddle buyer terms.

For eligible transactions, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee: a full-refund request may be made within 30 calendar days of transaction completion, with the payment-side process handled by the provider used for the order; mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

• Payment providers may vary by region and compliance requirements
• If you cancel a subscription, the paid benefits remain available until the current billing period ends
• As a rule, we do not provide prorated refunds for completed billing periods

We collect account information, the terms, privacy, and optional marketing-email choices submitted during registration, and the minimum content data required to provide the service. Uploaded content is used for the requested processing task and is not retained indefinitely by default.

Necessary cookies support login, security, and saved settings. Analytics cookies load only after you consent. Third-party services such as Google, payment processors, analytics providers, and email providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

You retain the applicable rights to your original uploaded materials and generated files. HoleSnap only processes that content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the service.

You may not use the service for abusive automation, reverse engineering, bypassing technical restrictions, or distributing unlawful content.

We continue to improve service stability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HoleSnap is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss caused by the use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these terms due to product changes, legal requirements, or payment compliance needs. Material updates will be announced in the product or by email in advance when appropriate.
